It occurs that lifecasting (sharing via social networks) also serves the function of providing psycho-feedback. As you prepare your posts there are contemplative iterations going on from the initial thought to share, the choice of social stream to share in, and to the formatting of what is to be shared. Additionally there is feedback in being reminded of recent posts in the case where they may be viewed at some point during the process of creating a new post or simply in recalling recent posts by engaging in the posting activity. Given the volume that a lifecaster may output it seems to me that the psycho-feedback loop may be far more significant to the poster over the potential value to consumers.
